The Myers-Briggs 4-dimension test
This test is based on the personality theory created by Isabel Myers and Katharine Briggs. It measures your preferences on Myers and Briggs’ four dimensions of personality type. Out of 16 possible fields of personality, this will identify, based on your responses what type of personality you have.
The Big 5 Personality trait test
The Big Five personality test measures the five major personality traits that many psychologists have determined to be the core of our individual makeup. The Five Factors of personality are:
- Openness – How open a person is to experiencing new ideas and experiences
- Conscientiousness – How goal-directed, organized and persistent a person is
- Extraversion – How much a person reacts to the outside world and all that is ou there
- Agreeableness – How much a person puts the interests and needs of others ahead of their own
- Neuroticism – How reactive a person is to stressors and negative emotional triggers
The Big Five model of personality is considered by many to be on of the strongest ways to scientifically describe a person’s personality differences.
The DISC personality test
This is a measure of your interpersonal behavior with others at work. This isbased upon the theories of William Moulton Marston, an eminent psychologist. This test helps you to see what your strengths are and how you can help your team at work become closer and more cohesive.

This test, created by Dr. Gary Chapman, a renowned couples counselor, builds on Dr. Chapman’s 5 love languages and identifies how you prefer to give and receive love.
