The Big 5 Personality trait test
The Big Five personality test measures the five major personality traits that many psychologists have determined to be the core of our individual makeup. The Five Factors of personality are:
- Openness – How open a person is to experiencing new ideas and experiences
- Conscientiousness – How goal-directed, organized and persistent a person is
- Extraversion – How much a person reacts to the outside world and all that is ou there
- Agreeableness – How much a person puts the interests and needs of others ahead of their own
- Neuroticism – How reactive a person is to stressors and negative emotional triggers
The Big Five model of personality is considered by many to be on of the strongest ways to scientifically describe a person’s personality differences.
